What types of vehicles do you offer?
We currently offer cargo vans and pickup trucks—perfect for moving furniture, hauling supplies, or transporting large purchases.
How do I book a rental?
You can book directly via Turo or by scanning the QR codes on our vehicles parked at partner locations.
Do I need a special license to rent a van or truck?
No special license is required—just a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
What's included in the rental price?
Your rental covers use of the vehicle, basic mileage allowance, and standard insurance through Turo. Additional mileage, fuel, or optional add-ons may be extra.
Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank?
Yes. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas, just like when you picked it up.
What if I need the vehicle longer than planned?
If you booked through Turo, you can request an extension in the app. If you booked directly, just contact us as soon as possible—we'll do our best to accommodate.
What should I do if I'm in an accident?
First, make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if needed. Follow the accident reporting steps in the Turo app. Please message us via the Turo app as well.
Can I take the vehicle out of state?
Yes, you are authorized to travel out of state but be sure to monitor the mileage allowance or there may be additional fees.
What if the vehicle gets dirty during my rental?
We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. A quick sweep and cleanup is appreciated. Excessive dirt, smell of smoke, or trash may result in a cleaning fee. There is a bin with a few cleaning supplies like a dustbin, trash bags, spray cleaner, and paper towels.
Do you provide moving blankets, tools, or ratchet straps?
Yes! We are outfitting. our vehicles with several items to make your moving experience as smooth as. possible.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Yes! From time to time, we provide promo codes for first-time renters or repeat customers. Keep an eye on our website and social media for special offers.
Can businesses partner with you to host a vehicle at their location?
Absolutely. We place vehicles at local hardware, landscaping, and other retail locations to provide convenience for their customers. Reach out to us for partnership opportunities.
